Shipping & Returns

Shipping
You will notice that there is no shipping and handling prices listed when you purchase products on our website.  This is because we have many products drop-ship directly from manufacturers and those rates are not known until the product ships.  All shipping and handling will be added to your order when we process it.  A final invoice will be sent to you via email with the final charges for your order after the item(s) ship.  The complete balance will be charged to your credit card at that time unless you have pre-established terms with us. 

Shipping Methods
All products default shipping method is either UPS or FedEx Ground.  Expedited shipping is always available upon request.  If you contact our office at (207) 893-0966 we are more than happy to work with you to determine the best shipping method to get the product(s) to you when you need them.

Damages in Shipping
Products sometimes get damaged in shipping. It is solely the responsibility of the receiving funeral home to inspect the product immediately upon arrival. If damage is discovered, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. You will be required to email images of the shipping label, box and damaged product to cs@turnermemorial.com so an insurance claim can be filed with UPS/FedEx/USPS within 48 hours of receipt of product. Without the required images a claim cannot be filed and the receiving funeral home will be responsible for all costs associated with both the damaged product and its replacement.
  

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery, only after authorization is approved by Turner Memorial.  If the return is due to our error, we will pay the return shipping, otherwise you are responsible for all shipping charges and some items may require a restocking fee.

Personalized or customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.  If there was an error made by our team, a replacement will be sent immediately, otherwise you will be responsible for the replacement including any rush charges, engraving fees or expedited shipping fees if applicable.
