Saturol solves a problem confronting embalmers today; that of successfully embalming cases where tissue gas is present. Tissue gas is found in many cases of drowning, cases with gangrenous tissue; and in sudden death and suicide cases where embalming is often delayed.
Tissue gas is caused by the welchil bacteria. The pressure of the gas prevents adequate penetration of regular arterial fluids. Saturol saturates the tissue with a quick acting and deep penetrating diffusing chemical, containing a proven sanitizer against the welchil bacteria.
The following information should be noted for additional uses of Saturol.
On encountering a blockage during embalming, two to three ounces of Saturol added to the solution is all that is needed to help clear the area.
When embalming difficult cases, Saturol can be added to the solution or used by itself as an arterial solution.
